About the Pilot Program

PDMP Access for All — RxConnections Rural Pilot Program

‍Purpose:
To equip rural health centers in Kentucky and Illinois with integrated PDMP access directly in their EHR, removing workflow barriers and improving safe prescribing. Centers receive access at no cost for the duration of the pilot.

‍Who Can Apply: ‍

  • Rural health centers located in Kentucky or Illinois
  • Facilities currently using [EHR Name(s) or “an EHR compatible with RxConnections”]

What’s Included:

  • RxConnections PDMP integration at no cost for the 6-month pilot period
  • Implementation support and onboarding from Leap Orbit’s technical team
  • Training resources for clinicians and staff]
  • [Any reporting, analytics, or evaluation tools provided]

Expectations of Participants:

  • Participate in initial onboarding and training sessions
  • Use the integrated PDMP system during the pilot
  • Provide feedback via [monthly check-ins / surveys / final pilot evaluation]
