Joshua Blagaila is a heterodox technology leader who runs towards healthcare's biggest data challenges. A product owner with over a decade of experience spanning logistics tech (ex-Flexport), provider operations, and population and public health, he specializes in transforming complex, regulated environments with scalable platform solutions - delivered in agile increments. As Deputy Director, Product at Leap Orbit, Joshua leads an expert team in delivering high-impact initiatives for clients like the CDC, ASTP, HRSA and SAMHSA, as well as various enterprise customers. His work includes architecting national data exchange demonstrations using standards like TEFCA and USCDI+BH, expanding the solution offerings through corporate development and implementing minimum lovable products that delight customers.
